I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 14 years of experience in the mental health field. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, and have been working extensively with individuals, couples, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, addiction, and emotional dysregulation. My clinical approach is integrative, compassionate, and deeply tailored to the unique needs of each client.

In addition to traditional psychotherapy, I am certified in hypnotherapy, a therapeutic technique that uses guided relaxation, focused attention, and heightened concentration to help individuals make positive changes in thoughts, feelings, or behaviors. Additionally, I am trained in multiple evidence-based treatment modalities, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Seeking Safety, Positive Parenting Program Interventions, Multi-Adaptive Psychotherapy, Crisis-Oriented Recovery Services, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

My work emphasizes both symptom relief and deeper emotional transformation, helping clients cultivate resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful personal growth. I also bring specialized leadership experience in the field of behavioral health, having served as Director of Clinical Services at 360 Behavioral Health, where I oversaw therapeutic services for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental conditions utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

With my grounded presence and collaborative style, my focus is to provide a therapeutic space that balances clinical expertise with authenticity, insight, and empathy in order to integrate psychological, behavioral, relational, and mindfulness-based techniques to support clients in reconnecting with themselves, strengthening relationships, and moving toward greater emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
